No. At this time, Manitoba does not have a funding model that allows independent Nurse Practitioner clinics to bill the provincial health plan for primary care services.
Across Canada, governments are actively exploring new funding models to help expand access to Nurse Practitioner-led care.

Many health insurance plans cover nursing services, either directly or through a health spending account.
However this does vary by provider. We recommend contacting your insurer directly to confirm coverage before your visit.
If you do not have coverage, services provided by an NP can be claimed on your yearly taxes.

Please remember that virtual care does have it’s limitations.
Some concerns require a physical examination, diagnostic testing, or in-person assessment. If your needs cannot be safely addressed virtually, you may be directed to an appropriate in-person healthcare service.

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged according to the cancellation policy provided during booking.
Exceptions may be considered for emergencies or circumstances outside your control.
