Reclaiming Your Wellness
A different kind of healthcare conversation
Good healthcare begins with being heard.
My approach combines evidence-informed medical care with curiosity about the broader factors shaping your health—including hormones, sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, medications, your nervous system, your environment, and your lived experience.
My role is not simply to give you more instructions. It is to help you understand your health, identify what matters most, and decide what feels possible.
Your care is collaborative, individualized, and grounded in informed choice.
Care that connects the pieces of your life
You may be here because you no longer feel like yourself.
Perhaps your energy, sleep, mood, weight, menstrual cycle, or ability to cope has changed. You may have several concerns that have never been considered together—or have been told that everything looks normal despite knowing that something does not feel right.
You may also be thinking more seriously about your future health and wondering what you can do now to reduce your risks and feel better in the years ahead.
You do not need know exactly what to ask for. We will begin with what you are experiencing, what matters most to you, and what you would like to be different.

The Process
We begin with your story
Your initial appointment gives us time to explore your concerns, health history, priorities, and what you would like to be different. We identify whether laboratory testing, screening, or other investigations may be appropriate.
We understand the bigger picture
At your follow-up, we review your results alongside your symptoms, history, and relevant areas of prevention and future health risk.
We create a plan together
We discuss the available options, what I recommend, and what feels realistic for you. Your plan may include treatment, education, lifestyle foundations, monitoring, or referrals when appropriate.
We adapt as your needs change
Ongoing care allows us to monitor your progress, adjust treatment, and continue working toward your health priorities.
