Taking up space

In 2021 I completed a 200hr yoga teacher training with the beautiful @lianejichuk and @rebeccawatsonyoga. I’ve always loved yoga and wanted so badly to one day teach…..but I didn’t. I was too afraid that people would not like what I had to offer. I was stuck in all of the nonsense and fear that consume our thoughts far too often. This past week I have been in Costa Rica. The final chapter in a beautiful 6 month container that I’ve been a part of. The ask during this week was that we each hold a session of our choosing. I knew without question that I needed to take the leap and finally teach my first class. It was not without a lot of fear and resistance but I did it. I showed up and taught a class that was full of love, full of compassion….full of ‘just’ me. Thank you to all the beautiful women who have been part of my journey to this point. I can’t wait to share more of the things that fill my heart and light up my soul!!!
