And so it begins…

So I did a thing…
Actually I’ve done a few things….

Over the past few years as I leaned into my own wellness journey, I discovered the power of embodiment practices.

Embodiment practices, also known as Somatic or Mind Body practices, are ways to support you in regulating your nervous system and reconnecting to your own inherent wisdom and healing potential. For me this work has been a game changer.

After almost 25yrs working as a nurse I believe one thing to be true, our bodies hold an immense amount of wisdom. This is a gift however, that many of us have not learned how to access. Most of us seek answers out side of ourselves and often misunderstand our body's wisdom as dysfunction.

Through embodiment practices we can begin to understand and reconnect with the wisdom our bodies offer and learn how to use this knowledge to live in wholeness.

In addition to becoming a certified Reflexology Therapist and Yoga Instructor over the last few years, I have spent much of this last year studying embodiment coaching practices and have achieved my certification in this work.

I am excited to share that I will be offering Embodiment Coaching services and Yoga classes in the new year, as well as continuing with my current Reflexology practice.

My approach is a culmination of my holistic certifications, trauma informed practices, my own lived experience healing through emotional, spiritual and physical pain, as well as my extensive experience and understanding of western models of care. I offer intuitive, practical and scientifically supported tools to guide your journey. Somatic wellness practices and coaching can be valuable complements to other healing modalities.

If you are curious about my coaching practice or any other services I offer, I would love to connect!
